Hey, Mr. Hedrick! What is a WebQuest, anyway?
A WebQuest is a learning activity in which the learner synthesizes, reads and analyzes information (in various formats) on the Internet.
Also, with the Internet at your fingertips, take advantage of the possibilities!
We're now past the half-way point in this play, and a lot has happened. So far we've experienced a love "decagon," a group of craftsmen lead by an ridiculous weaver, a King and a Queen who are to be married and a race of strange fairies who seem to be involved in a fight between their king and queen! Whew!

Because we know that this is a comedy, we have a pretty good idea of what's going to happen in the end (don't forget about the "U-Shape" design we spoke about.
This WebQuest will help us further our understanding of the plot and major themes of this play.
What is theme? Watch the video below for more information.
Throughout this WebQuest, you should focus on theme. We've done a lot of talking about the plot itself, but now it's time to see what Shakespeare might have been trying to tell us.
We'll focus on two of the most pertinent (what does this mean!? Maybe a good word for our vocab list?) themes in the play: illusion versus reality and love's difficulties.
If you're confused about what this all means now, don't stress. This WebQuest will clear your worries! You'll be an expert come Monday!
Good Luck, and Have Fun!
